Undergraduates to perform <The American Dream>

On Saturday, May 7, three students from Dr. Suzanne Enck-Wanzer's Voices of Democracy class will perform <The American Dream>. This show, written, directed, and performed by J. Michael Nuñuz, Talia Esskandanian, and Krystal King traces the ideograph of <The American Dream> as it relates to various intersecting identities in US public culture. Probing issues of race, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, and gender as they are woven into the fabric of "America," this show asks difficult questions about who we are as an "American people" and what it means to see oneself as an "American."

When: Saturday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: GAB 321 (Black Box)
Free & open to the public
