The Master's Hooding and Senior Recognition Ceremony held this past spring was one of the largest turnouts yet. We had over 200 in attendance with 4 masters graduates and over 50 undergraduates. Lee Magness

Lee Magness (BA 2002, MA 2004) is a Trade Analyst at TD Ameritrade where he represents clients' interests in the equity and options markets, solves problems, and implements regulatory initiatives. He is currently on a Lean rotation studying value, project management, process improvement, Agile, and evolving corporate culture through sustained initiatives. He leads an associate resource group that created a professional development expo for about 3000 professionals in 2016 and tries to create engaging development opportunities that add value regardless of associate geography, role, or expertise. Before joining TD Ameritrade in 2007, Lee worked as a Teaching Assistant & Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at UNT, as a Communication Consultant at Texas Christian University's Neely School of Business, and as an independent Business-to-Business sales representative. In his personal time, he enjoys officiating youth and high school games and is hiking all of the state highpoints. Lee received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas in 2002 & 2004, respectively.
