Dr. Brian Richardson recently conducted a team-building training session for the Houston, Texas, Veterans Affairs-Benefits regional office.

The purpose of the workshop was to build cohesion and team-oriented communication within the V.A.'s staff. Guided by the theme, "What's your story?," Dr. Richardson facilitated the session, which included a number of team-building activities, group discussion, and case studies.
