Congratulations to Dr. Paul Schrodt (UNT-COMM M.S., 2000) for his receipt of the Texas Christian University's "Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Achievement as a Creative Teacher and Scholar." Dr. Schrodt serves as the Philip J. & Cheryl C. Burguières Professor in Communication Studies. Our own Dr. Brian Richardson reflected on Dr. Schrodt's impact on the field: "Dr. Schrodt is one of the leading scholars in the fields of interpersonal and family communication. His research contributions are outstanding in terms of quantity, quality, and in advancing the Communication discipline."
