Congratulations to Dr. Mark Hlavacik for his recently published article, "DeVos speech shows contempt for the agency she heads." Dr. Hlavacik wrote the Op-ed about a recent speech by Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos for The Conversation. In it, Hlavacik argues that DeVos has "distinguished herself from her predecessors" by "positioning herself on the outside" as a critic of the department she runs. It was carried by the Houston Chronicle and Chicago Tribune, among others.
